The Sony DCR-SR57E Camcorder holds a whopping 80 GB hard drive which lets you store up to 61 hours of high quality Standard Definition video.

Connecting the camcorder to any PC is as easy as inserting a USB and enabling the Easy PC backup which works on USB 2.0 technology. But, a minor glitch is USB can be used only for output and you can’t place any files in the camcorder’s free memory. 



One Touch Disc Burn is another applaud-able feature which assists professionals on constant move to burn the contents of the camcorder directly on a DVD. No downloading, copying and burning again and again. Just hit the “Write” button and you get a content rich DVD from the camcorder. Being DVDirect Express compatible, it’s quite an easy task to get the data written onto a DVD using VRD-P1 DVD writer.
